You can park right in front of the building on CAN reserved parking slots or anywhere nearby in non-marked parking places.
Public transport: You can easily get to CAN by train from Prague Main Station (Praha hlavni nadrazi). The train ride to Ricany takes 27 minutes and then you will walk approx. 15 minutes on a public footpath/cycle lane to the industrial zone.
