High temperature superconducting materials not only for sustainable energy

The project focuses on the development of advanced high-temperature superconducting materials and their deposition processes for energy, industrial and medical applications. The key outputs of the project are new generations of superconducting targets optimised for thin film deposition and the deposition process of superconducting layers using innovative IJD technology. The project also includes material recycling to improve sustainability and efficiency of manufacturing processes and a new generation of REBCO crystals.

The project is supported by the OP TAK programme by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Czech Republic.
